Adam is a Co-Founding Partner of The Pacific Group of Oppenheimer & Co. Inc, where he leads the team’s exit planning practice. Having witnessed two generations of his family’s businesses end without reward, Adam brings a deeply personal understanding of what’s at stake when founders transition out of what they’ve built.
