As a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), I lead on the delivery of an effective reporting, analytics, and information delivery framework to enable data driven decision making, using Python, Azure Databricks and Power BI. I oversee data quality and practice, implementing documentation and process mapping to ensure effective input of data and accurate end-point reporting. I work directly with the UPE Executive Leadership Team, colleges and functions to design and build metrics, dashboards, and reports that support data driven decision making. As well as this, I work with the global team on developing data aggregation capability to centralise business data and create a single source of truth. I provide ad hoc and bespoke data analysis and insights to various areas of the business to support their strategic initiatives, providing the right structure and direction and use data insights to investigate trends and business performance.
