At DeepL, I\'m part of the Talent Operations team, working to ensure a great experience for our candidates and hiring teams. My role involves coordinating interviews, supporting day-to-day tasks, and looking for ways to improve our recruitment processes and operations- Participating in the pre-implementation and optimisation of Ashby (ATS) by configuring interview plans, creating standardised email templates, and ensuring alignment with legal requirements and employer branding- Driving process optimisation by identifying inefficiencies in recruitment workflows, implementing solutions that improve scheduling speed, and enhancing overall candidate experience- Documenting key TA Operations processes in Confluence, ensuring team-wide accessibility and standardisation of best practices- Supporting interviewer training programs by coordinating sessions through the Learning Management System (LMS) and tracking calibration to improve interview efficiency and consistency- Collaborating on Talent Attraction and DEI initiatives, helping to strengthen DeepL’s employer brand and create a more inclusive hiring process.
