May \'25) Ashby is up and running. It is amazing. We were able to reduce our time to hire by more than 10 days. Scheduling automation has improved, but not yet 100%. I was able to automate and streamline many cross-functional dependencies with simple notifications and alerts.We built Use-Case specific Dashboards consisting of various reports to analyze how we are doing and what we can expect in the near future. Current Focus: Enabling our TA team to get, read, analyze and present data Enable the team to utilize AI (Agentic or built-in) Improve the workforce planning with forecasting to reach a high-quality way of tracking hiring targets and predicting hiring volume.(Sept. 24) It‘s done: Ashby is implemented as our new ATS. Very intense project experience, but as insightful as it was exhausting.Step 1 was going live without big errors Step 2 is bringing daschboards to live, set up all the beautiful automations, keep the data clean and streamline processes.At the same time I have the pleasure to lead a first Talent Ops Specialist.
