Responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships related to 50% of AMETEK’s annual revenue by delivering quality projects within scope, schedule, and cost. Duties & Responsibilities • Manage 50+ individual contributors and functional managers from Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, Product Management, Field Service, and Sales within matrix organization. • Provide customer facing Program Management for assigned orders and programs including schedule, risk and opportunity assessment, and identifying then managing project teams. • Develop and drive to deadlines, budgets, and activities including management of schedule for development, procurement, manufacturing and production, quality, and shipment. • Communicate with clients and relevant stakeholders to gain support for each project or program as well as to solicit input for improvement. • Provide and deliver, in cooperation with other departments, internal and customer facing presentations from daily standups, weekly statuses, monthly program reports, up to quarterly business reviews including executive leadership. • Manage effective solutions / problem resolution internally and externally for issues that may arise in pre-sales, during program execution, or post-sales. • Facilitate and negotiate scope of work, daily activities, and prioritization with internal and external stakeholders. Achievements • Successfully coordinate and communicate risks to delivering $50 million in revenue with internal and external stakeholders to drive mitigation and outcome exceeding expectations. • Responsible for successfully delivering communications and products leading to an additional $30 million in revenue. • Lead supply chain task force team to improve collaboration and execution of procurement of raw materials mitigating $15 in missed revenue each quarter for two quarters.
