ABOUT ADAM SEAR

Australian-born and passionate about sport, I’ve spent the past two decades immersed in lacrosse and athlete development — coaching, building culture, and helping athletes reach levels they often didn’t think possible. I’ve been fortunate to work at places like the University of Michigan and the University of Notre Dame, guiding teams through NCAA tournament runs and mentoring All-Americans on and off the field.Today, I serve as Head Coach of the Australian Men’s Sixes National Team as we prepare for lacrosse’s return to the Olympics in 2028. It’s a role that means a lot to me — creating an environment where our athletes have clarity, belief, and a clear framework to compete with the best in the world.I’ve recently stepped into a new challenge as VP of Sales at Sports Intel, an AI-driven recruiting platform designed to make the athlete journey more transparent, honest, and accessible. I joined Sports Intel because I’m passionate about reducing the stress and uncertainty that so many athletes and families feel during the recruiting process. With clear information, ethical product development, and a genuine focus on athlete wellbeing, we’re building a platform that supports smarter decisions — and stronger relationships between athletes and coaches.Outside of work, I serve on the board of the Callum & Jake Robinson Foundation, a cause incredibly close to me. We focus on expanding access to lacrosse, supporting diabetic athletes, and protecting the ocean environments that shaped so much of who we are.At the heart of everything I do — coaching, leadership, or business — is helping people reach their potential and creating environments where they can succeed with confidence
