My unique background in leasing helps bring a unique perspective to underwriting, trends, space utilization and how it effects the value of an asset.Since joining NAI Hiffman in 2008, I have been involved in over 500 transactions totaling over 4 million square feet. My projects have included various sales and leasing representations of office properties. I have worked with a wide array of companies advising them on all facets of their real estate needs including acquisition and disposition of both leased and owned space, detailed property analysis, transaction negotiation, and investment strategy and analysis.
