ABOUT ADAM BURDAN

As a Clinical Trial Manager, I lead and oversee the execution of complex clinical trials managing a team of CRAs/iHCRAs and collaborating with global vendors and stakeholders. I have a MBA in clinical trials, CRDE certification in introduction to clinical trials monitoring and a master\'s degree in Medical Analytics, which enable me to apply data-driven solutions and best practices to ensure the quality, compliance, and efficiency of clinical trials.I have 14 years of experience in the clinical trial industry, including 9 years as a Clinical Research Associate and 3 years as a Clinical Trial Manager. I have worked on various phases and therapeutic areas of clinical trials, such as general medicine, neurology, cardiovascular, and hematology. I have also volunteered to monitor clinical trials in Romania and Denmark, and to mentor and co-monitor junior staff. I am passionate about advancing medical research and innovation, and I strive to foster a team-oriented, problem-solving, and forward-thinking culture in my work.
