Having started my career in shop floor production jobs before progressing to management, I excel at leading by example and harnessing the talents of the whole team. As a Finishing Manager, I\'ve zoned in on continuous process improvement and enhancing daily operational management, which is where my key strengths lie: training, coaching & developing people; cost rationalisation; planning work schedules; procurement; hitting and exceeding KPIs - playing a vital part in driving business growth.
