About Adam Bencko
As a member of the Cleveland Guardians Front Office, I assist with the measurement, planning, and strategy behind the organization\'s revenue and profitability growth. I have assisted with various strategic opportunities, the development and utilization of our CRM system, visualization of our data, and overall adoption of business intelligence across the organization. My work has spanned across the Sales, Service, Ticket Operations, and Information Systems (IS) teams while primarily focusing on the Corporate Partnerships and Premium Hospitality (CPPH) team. Since joining the organization, I have been involved in stadium naming right negotiations, MLB jersey patch research and proposals, a transition to a new inventory tracking platform, department budgeting/forecasting and more.During my time with the Guardians, I have developed skills and experience in SQL, Tableau, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Dynamics 365, Vision Insights, Relo Metrics, YouGov, and Nielsen Sports Connect.
