ABOUT ABE SCHWARTZ
As a Senior Manager, Global Operations at SharkNinja, I am responsible for the end-to-end delivery of all Ninja Thirsti Beverage products, from project kickoff to market launch. I have over numerous years of experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing global project timelines and budgets, and implementing new business and portfolio management systems and processes. I have a strong background in product design, quality engineering, and quality assurance, with expertise in developing and manufacturing high-volume consumer packaged goods using both labor-intensive and high-precision automated manufacturing. I have successfully launched 21 new beverages across four lines in less than 12 months, and developed a new proprietary bottle and cap design for the Ninja Thirsti Beverage machine. I have also led the selection, setup, and startup of a US-based co-packer manufacturer for the Thirsti program. My mission is to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions that delight our customers and drive growth for our company.
