I thrive in fast-moving, high-accountability environments and am committed to showing up as the best version of myself in everything I do.Professionally, I work as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Arrive, the leader in global mobility and smart parking solutions. I support talent strategy on a global team, collaborating cross-functionally to identify, engage, and onboard top talent that drives innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence. I am energized by the intersection of people, technology, and organizational enablement, and I enjoy contributing to environments where collaboration, transparency, and accountability drive results.Outside of work, I value giving back to my community. I coach cheerleading at NYO, where I lead logistics and manage teams of young athletes (the preschool squad), helping build confidence, teamwork, and spirit.
