Renewal Management: Oversee the renewal process for existing contracts, including contract review, negotiation, and renewal agreement preparation as well as associated subscriptions managed through CPQ.• Monitor and ensure a high level of data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce and other integrated systems to ensure accurate reporting and pricing agreements in accordance with internal policies and procedures. • Proactively engage with contract specialists and Account managers from the onshore Team with forecast updates, Renewal preparation, and address other miscellaneous requests that fall within the Global Sales Operations organization. • Analyze renewal trends, customer feedback, and market insights to identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue growth.
