The key responsibility of this role is to support the origination and in-life management of lending products by ensuring an exceptional customer journey throughout the product life cycle.• As part of the Offshore Operations team, the Operational Support Specialist is a key point of contact for the Onshore Operations team• Managing New loan disbursals and subsequent drawdowns in the banking systems.• Managing new loans from the Origination stage till its maturity.• Carrying out in-life activities related to a loan such as: rate fixing notices, timely collection of interests and various fees, loan statements, etc.o Liaise with the Onshore counterparts on a regular basis to make sure all required loan documents/ approvals are received and are correct.Preparation of various dashboards and trackers to ensure smooth flow of work.• Processing all applications through a workflow system effectively, within agreed SLAs and KPIs, and in line with company policies and procedures.• Dealing with various tasks as per the requirement of the particular loan by customer type & stage of the loan. • Support other BAU requirements ofOperations teams aside from primary activities.
