In my day to day role, I am consistently working with local servicing colleagues in overseas and local offices and working with direct clients to manage their demands and needs. I produce client documentation which consists of Market Reform Contracts, Endorsements, Certificate of Insurances. I liaise with internal stakeholders which includes the A&S team, operations team and our Mumbai billing specialists on a regular basis. I ensure the smooth payment of premium by ensuring the signings and any bureaux queries are answered promptly and accurately. I service the accounts which includes client queries, underwriter queries and issuance of debit notes, Confirmation of Cover, Evidence of Cover where required.

ABOUT ABDUL MIAH
An insurance professional who is working at WTW within the Direct & Facultative team with experience across a variety of lines which include International Product Recall, North America Property and Environmental. Since joining WTW, I have achieved my Level 4 Diploma in Insurance. During my time at college, I achieved my Level 3 National Extended Diploma in Business Studies. I achieved D*DD as my final grade which is equivalent to getting A* A A at A level. Worked on a part time basis at Screwfix and have over 3 years’ experience. Very interested in the business sector and always keeping up to date with current affairs and business news. Undertaken some temporary roles, one of which has led to some management experience.
