Senior PM at Serco, I am currently leading a significant multi-million-pound Government Network Infrastructure Refresh program for Lincolnshire County Council (LCC), targeting over 195 sites including critical fire stations, offices, 7 operational facilities. Transformative initiative is enhancing cybersecurity, improving network reliability, & ensuring long-term maintainability for essential public services by addressing widespread issues with outdated infrastructure.Key achievements include:Directing full project lifecycle from strategic initiation & financial approvals to requirements analysis and building a high-performing, multi-disciplinary project team.Orchestrating successful onboarding & ongoing management of key strategic partners & third-party vendors, SCC for hardware, KIER for electrical works, & TriSoft for cabling and site surveys, fostering crucial collaboration.Developing & meticulously managing foundational project docs, inc High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), 7Project Initiation Documents (PIDs), aligning with LCC\'s technical standards for a modern network architecture.Designing & implementing a complex, integrated program plan, coordinating critical dependencies between electrical infrastructure upgrades & extensive network equipment deployments to minimize operational disruption across the LCC estate.Championing robust governance frameworks & communication strategies across diverse stakeholders, including LCC IT, LCC Property & LFR Site Teams, establishing clear escalation routes & ensuring transparent reporting & proactive issue resolution.Driving the strategic planning & implementation of advanced network solutions, such as Cisco DNAC for centralized management, resilient Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC 9800), & Cisco ISE for policy-driven access control, significantly elevating network performance, security posture, & manageability
