ABOUT ABDOU NDOYE
As the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Academic Affairs at Northern Kentucky University (NKU), I oversee the academic quality and student success of all undergraduate programs and services. I have a PhD in Educational Leadership from the University of Connecticut and a certificate on Leadership and Management in Education from Harvard University Graduate School of Education. With over 10 years of experience in higher education administration, I have developed and implemented a comprehensive system for assessing the effectiveness of academic programs and services, and supported continuous improvement of student learning outcomes. I have also collaborated with various stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and external partners, to foster a culture of academic excellence and innovation at NKU. Some of my skills include leadership, Project Management, and teaching, as well as fluency in English and French. I am passionate about enhancing the quality and accessibility of education for all learners, and advancing the mission and vision of NKU. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, and I am committed to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for everyone.
