   The primary responsibilities of the Programs Success manager is to implement and ensure the success of projects and programs across the Office of Career & Professional Development through measured outcomes, tracking data, and relationship management with internal and external partners. This includes collaborating with the VP of Career & Professional Development as well as the Director of Corporate & Employer Relations to ensure which programs, projects, and processes are most strategic for reaching goals set by the University. Other responsibilities include tracking and analyzing large data sets across the office, analyzing key performance indicators related to student and employer engagement, developing and delegating assignments for project plans, and generating regular reports and dashboards to communicate insights to the leadership team, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
