Placing clients in the correct programs that meet their needs.• Consult potential and current customers after analyzing their credit worthiness, assets, income and other pertinent information required to qualify for a mortgage according to bank guidelines• Promote business by developing relationships with new and existing realtors, clients, financial advisors, attorneys, CPA’s and bank partners. • Provide information to borrowers and related parties regarding their loan options.• Review and analyze new loan guidelines, updates, programs and changes.• Ability to develop and maintain good business relationships with clients.• Maintain a high customer satisfaction.
