As Director of Asset Management – Retail, I provide strategic oversight across a portfolio of retail and mixed-use assets in the West Market, including stabilized acquisitions, ground-up development, and value-add repositioning opportunities. I lead cross-functional efforts spanning leasing, operations, financial analysis, and capital execution to enhance asset performance and drive value creation. My role includes ownership of asset-level business plans, budgeting and forecasting, investment modeling, partnership coordination, and hold/sell strategy evaluation. I work closely with internal teams and ownership partners to proactively manage risk, unlock upside, and position assets for long-term outperformance.
