Manage Call Center corporate budget, forecasting, reporting. Manage Digital marketing Spend budget, forecasting, reporting. Support management with new initiative reporting. Provide reporting and guidance to upper management and executives on monthly basis. Work closely with project managers on tracking cost, rollout timing, and capital vs. expense. Partner with technical managers on projects and initiatives to provide financing support. Mobile Device procurement and replacement of phones providing excellent customer service to the end user community. Mentor and develop team of analyst. Provide leadership and guidance to associates.
