Learning Transformation/ Innovation Center of Excellence Leader Led client’s Global Learning Transformation and Innovation Center of Excellence to catalyze “Strategy Ignition Initiative”, a $3.5M transformation enablement effort using Visual Learning Maps.• Led a 9-member global team to design and implement an innovative leadership enablement learning experience using visual learning maps.• Facilitated executive leadership workshops to enable iterative design thinking development for learning maps.
