Matteo Ottonello is an investment expert with 13 years of international experience in the financial industry. He currently works for UBS as investment advisor and is responsible for the performance of multi-asset portfolios of wealthy individuals.Mr. Ottonello started his career with HSBC Private Bank with rotations in Hong Kong, Geneva and London. He worked four years at BlackRock in portfolio management where he was responsible for developing investment strategies across equity, fixed income, futures and currencies. He grew and cultivated an entrepreneurial mindset when working for the CEO and founder of a family office, Elstone Limited, in building a business from scratch.He is a CFA and CAIA Charterholder and graduated from ESCP Europe Grande École in Paris with major in Finance and has a bachelor in International Economics from Bocconi University in Milano with exchange at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He has UK Level 4 RDR compliant qualification (IMC Unit 1 and Unit 2)He is an IRONMAN finisher, passionate about cross-country skiing.
