Uses an ATS system to manage candidates through the hiring process- Manage communication with hiring managers, candidates and any relevant third parties, including scheduling interviews, delivering feedback, making offers, confirming start dates and sending out contract requests- Uses Indeed and LinkedIn to headhunt and reach out to top talent- Establishes and maintains great working relationships with hiring managers, external parties and key stakeholders within the business- Uses social media to promote vacancies and share Recruitment news- Communicates with the wider business via company wide Teams channels, sending out live vacancies and liaising with employees expressing interest in internal vacancies- Utilises excel to track cost per hire, time to hire, and additional recruitment data (application numbers, interviews booked, interview no shows, candidates headhunted etc) keeping spreadsheets up to date- Creates job descriptions and advertisements, coordinating with hiring managers to ensure accuracy- Maintains contact with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from the very first call to completion of their onboarding- Acts as a brand representative by working with job centres and attending careers fairs to ensure Daisy Communications is perceived as an employer of choice- Continuously seeks knowledge be attending recruitment events, webinars and delivering internal “Learning Moments” to remain informed on recruitment best practises and industry developments.
