My role is to implement the people strategy, lead and manage projects, initiatives and activity that contribute to company performance- Be a trusted and approachable people partner to the business, providing coaching, advice and feedback to leaders at all levels- Implement and embed the company mission and values to drive performance- Ensure that that organisation’s values are reflected in people related decisions, policies and processes.Support managers on operational employee relations matters including complex cases- Advise on employment law including TUPE and employment tribunals to minimise and manage business risk with the support of the Head of People- Implement and manage people related change in relation business acquisitions and restructuring in conjunction with the wider HR/People team- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition teams in relation to workforce planning, talent mapping and succession planning- Contribute and manage the implementation of the HR/People strategy to drive business performance and influence positive change across the business- To use people data and HR software to identify patterns and implement recommendations in conjunction with the Head of People- Present HR updates to the Board and across the business as required- Build honest, open and productive relationships with leaders to influence people related decision making- Review, and where necessary update, HR policies and procedures ensuring they are compliant with legislation and best practice- Ensure people related information, such as policies and procedures, is communicated and employees receive appropriate training- Provide guidance and support in the interpretation of company policies and procedures- Support and work closely with the wider HR team and the business to manage people related projects and achieve objectives- Act as additional support and cover for the HR Advisor as required and assist with development of junior HR team members.
