Business Mentor @Help To Grow Mentor Programme
The Help to Grow: Management Course was launched in 2021 to provide small and medium businesses with leadership support.The mentoring course gives eligible small firms access to one-to-one mentoring from experienced leaders to help take their business to the next level.Mentees tell me they like my \'shoulder to shoulder\' approach and how they feel calmer, clearer and more confident after our sessions.With years of experience as a mentor and trusted partner (underpinned by professional training from the ABM), I encourage insights by creating a safe confidential space to ask reflective questions and offer a fresh perspective.I most enjoy exploring with and guiding leaders, who feel at a crossroad in their life. I love seeing their transformative shifts.
