Direct and manage innovative regional international trade and economic development program for partnership of eight U.S. Governors and two Canadian Premiers. · Manage 13 global trade offices covering 91 markets. Doubled the size and revenue of the program opening 7 new offices since 2010. Over 1,500 small to medium-sized companies receive export assistance each year.· Manage $1.8 million annual program budget, state grants, proposals, accounting needs and 20+ foreign consultants.· Developed first of its kind multi-state trade mission program. Organized and led 25 trade missions assisting 500 regional SME’s to facilitate export sales in 28 foreign markets including South America, North America, India, Middle East, Europe, Southern Africa & Asia Pacific.· Launched and manage GSGP Economic Task Force to facilitate cross-border trade, support key economic sectors and boost regional productivity. · Develop and implement regional economic policy with State and Provincial development officials. Brief key international government officials and development organizations on regional policy issues.· Under my leadership, the Shared Trade Initiative program was awarded the 2016 Advancing International Trade Awards from the National Association of Small Business International Trade Educators.· Promoted from Program Associate to Program Manager to Program Director.
