The Conference of Great Lakes and St. Lawrence Governors and Premiers (GSGP) unites the chief executives from Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, Ontario, Pennsylvania, Québec and Wisconsin.As Program Manager, I lead the 100% Great Lakes Fish Initiative, an effort to eliminate waste and maximize the value of the region’s commercial fisheries. This initiative brings together fishers, processors, Tribes, researchers, and entrepreneurs to create new products and markets from underutilized fish and byproducts—supporting rural economies, innovation, and sustainable resource use.Previously, I managed GSGP’s Regional Maritime Initiative, where I advanced projects on green shipping, trade development, smart shipping technologies, and maritime policy analysis across the Great Lakes–St. Lawrence region.My work centers on building collaborations, fostering innovation, and helping our region’s industries compete globally while strengthening environmental and economic resilience.
