As Corporate Partnerships & Fundraising Manager at LionHeart, the charity dedicated to supporting RICS professionals and their families, I am responsible for developing, managing, and growing strategic partnerships and fundraising initiatives that ensure we can continue to deliver vital services to the RICS community worldwide.LionHeart provides a lifeline for RICS members and their families, offering wellbeing support, financial assistance, counselling, coaching, and professional development at every stage of a surveying career. My role is focused on creating strong and sustainable relationships with organisations across the property, construction, and built environment sectors, enabling them to play an active role in supporting the wellbeing of the professional community they are part of.Key elements of my work include:Designing and delivering effective fundraising strategies that generate income and long-term sustainability for LionHeart.Building and nurturing corporate partnerships that align business objectives with our mission to support wellbeing.Identifying opportunities for collaboration that create mutual value, raise awareness, and extend LionHeart’s reach.Leading stakeholder engagement, representing LionHeart at industry events, and building visibility across the RICS network.Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on the impact of partnerships and fundraising performance.This role brings together my skills in partnership development, community engagement, and fundraising with my passion for improving wellbeing and creating meaningful impact.
