Hello, I’m Dr. Nylander—but most people know me as Dr. Z.I’m a Double Board-Certified Family and Obesity Medicine Physician with a passion for helping professionals take charge of their well-being and longevity through personalized, data-driven care. I trained at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and completed my residency at Emory University in Atlanta—now home to my practice, Cassia Optimal Health, where medicine meets lifestyle, science, and heart.My mission is to make healthcare more personal, proactive, and empowering.
