ABOUT TRACY CLEVELAND
I am a leader invested in promoting the growth and development of individual contributors, front line and middle managers. I am an expert in the workforce strategies that drive performance and consistency across remote teams, and creating a team environment where individuals feel connected, inspired, and motivated. For the past 3.5 years, I have acted as a senior manager for a remote coaching team, responsible for leading a team of more than 300 coaches. My job consists of elevating the performance of team leads and front line managers, monitoring and helping to correct team performance, identifying areas of opportunity for the coaching team, anticipating and addressing operational challenges, and recommending necessary shifts in protocol to ensure that our coach employees can realize their own potential, and provide a high quality experience for our clients. Together, we help clients to take realistic steps towards improving their health and well being.
