ABOUT ZIA KHAN
I’m a fourth-year BALLB (Hons.) student at Amity Law School, Noida, with a deep interest in corporate law and intellectual property rights, family law and constitutional law. Over the past few years, I’ve built a strong foundation in legal principles while gaining real-world experience across the judicial hierarchy—starting from District Court Ghaziabad to High Courts and the Supreme Court of India.My internships under Sr. Adv. Pradeep Rai and firms like Ishyame Law Firm, chambers of Adv. Samshad Ali - have exposed me to diverse legal work, including client interaction, legal research and court observations. These experiences helped me understand the nuances of procedural law, professionalism in litigation, and the balance between theory and practice.As I enter my final years of law school, I’m focused on specializing in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, dispute resolution, and IPR.
