Successfully wrote multiple grants totaling over 1-5 year implementation cycles. Directed ALP implementation of Massachusetts pilot of national Star Reading Curriculum initiative. Negotiated and directed Policy to Performance Transitions to College project in collaboration with community colleges and businesses. Collaborated on pilot English for Entrepreneurs project for family daycare providers. Supervised staff of 18 professionals including coordinators, teachers, education/career advisors, and support staff. Oversaw curriculum development, managed program budget, payroll.
