During my time at Advanced I was given the opportunity to learn new challenging skills for my role. I managed and supported the active directory and administrated Microsoft. The role required me to support other user accounts, groups, hardware, etc. I provided technical support for users of all levels in a fast paced environment. I assisted with software deployment across multiple platforms such as Windows and Mac. I participated in projects and active learning that enhanced Advanced infrastructure or processes and assisted other team members when needed. During Advanced I developed my skills and now have expert knowledge about Microsoft and familiar with different types of accounts. I am looking to demonstrate my skills and progress rapidly with in the role that I am currently doing.
