I have over 25 years of experience working in the information technology sector with a focus on mainframe technologies and mainframe infrastructure. I have been fortunate to work with and learn from many amazing colleagues and customers at the different companies I have worked with over the years, and I have performed a variety of roles which has enabled me to build and grow my professional and personal skillset. I have experience leading technology teams, designing and implementing technology strategies, teaching and mentoring colleagues – including managing new apprentices, project management and am comfortable working with auditors and senior IT leaders. I have been a catalyst for change and have implemented many new ideas and processes throughout my career. Broadcom’s Mainframe Software Division empowers customers to amplify the value of their mainframe investments.
