Desktop- Providing technical support across our EMEA offices, including face-to-face and remote assistance- Reimaging devices using Landesk software- Administering Active Directory (AD), Azure Active Directory (AAD), Intune, and Apple Business Manager- Collaborating with hardware vendors for warranty-related matters- Managing the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees- VIP SUPPORT for our Senior members - Being available for on-call support. Procurement- Aquiring quotes from vendors for hardware procurement in EMEA- Taking responsibility for the inventory management of hardware in the London office and replenishing devices/peripherals as needed- Generating purchase orders for hardware requests using the Workday system. AV Support- Providing audio-visual (AV) support within a Creston environment- Assisting with QuickLaunch, Zoom Room, Zoom Direct Call, and Teams Calls- Utilizing Manhattan SpaceScheduling for conference room management.
