ABOUT ZAIN QURESHI

I am a customer-facing and commercially minded professional with a BSc in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and experience across public sector, stakeholder engagement, CRM-led case management, and service-focused environments. In my current role with Skills House at Bradford Council, I manage a diverse caseload, build relationships with employers and partner organisations, and support the delivery and implementation of a government-funded employment programme.My experience has developed strong skills in consultative communication, relationship building, structured record management, and working independently in target-driven environments. I have used systems such as Evolutive and CHARMS to maintain accurate records, track engagement, and support reporting and compliance requirements.Alongside this, I am the founder of Northern Gold Supply Ltd, an early-stage private bullion brokerage focused on client relationship management, supplier coordination, commercial positioning, and premium customer experience. This has further strengthened my commercial awareness, entrepreneurial thinking, and interest in relationship-led sales.I am particularly interested in field-based commercial roles where I can combine scientific understanding with customer engagement, account development, and long-term relationship management.
