ABOUT ZAID KHAN
I\'m a Systemic Designer who helps leaders reframe the challenges they face—from seeing them as straightforward \'problems\' with simple fixes, to understanding them as \'complex\', interconnected systems that need a different approach.My method is flexible and open: I tailor tools and processes specifically to each client\'s unique situation, avoiding rigid, one-size-fits-all frameworks or templates. Instead, I draw on core principles from systems thinking, foresight, design, and strategy.In Canada, I\'ve developed a new systems thinking method, that is combined with anticipatory thinking, to help leaders find the right rhythm and pace for their initiatives to run smoothly over the long-term.In the Gulf region, my focus is on growing systemic design practices that are deeply rooted in local traditions, cultures, and contexts.Additionally, I actively bridge research and practice in systemic design, foresight, and strategy. I share my work through lectures and public talks, while fostering connection through a monthly event series.
