Altus Group Limited is a leading provider of software, data solutions and independent advisory services to the global commercial real estate industry.Job Function-Prepare Success Plans for each customer based on inputs including current entitlement and usage, relevant product and customer updates or highlights, and clear recommendations and next steps for the next stage of the success journey.Understand the client’s existing business processes and assist the client in defining improved business solutions based on the client’s strategic goals and constraints.Conduct kick off sessions to successfully onboard new clients, learn their business objectives, and align accordingly to deliverables on time.Work with clients to analyse their current and future business needs, recommend best practice solutions, and define and document project deliverables for these solutions.Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to customers and stakeholders by taking technical concepts of complex theory and explaining to technical and non-technical audiences.Collaborate with the other business teams - primarily Sales, Product Management, and Professional.Services working in an agile environment - to identify the customer’s needs and provide tailored enterprise solutions.Responsible for the design, construction and delivery of ARGUS Software documentation for some of the well-known Fund Managers, Asset Managers, REITS, Investment Banks, Valuers/Appraisers through to Property Developers, from conception, configuration and to delivery.Facilitate complex training for Commercial Real Estate Valuations using the DCF and RICS Methodologies.Utilise complex financial models from Excel and create replicated models into ARGUS Solutions for tailored training.Provided Technical Support for users on usage and troubleshoot installation queries and errors on LANWAN, TCPIP, VPN, SQL Databases, Active Directory, SRSS, Data Modelling and local installations.
