ABOUT ZACH SERRINS

With over eight years of experience in sales and customer success, I am a passionate and driven hemp business expert and sales leader at Carolina Dream, a company that produces high-quality hemp products for various industries. I have a graduate certificate in Hemp Business and Genetics from Cornell University, and I use my knowledge and skills to develop and execute effective sales strategies, manage and grow key accounts, and foster long-term customer relationships. I also have expertise in marketing communications, customer relationship management (CRM), and social media marketing, which I leveraged in my previous roles as a customer success manager and a senior account executive at Chowly, Inc, a leading provider of online ordering solutions for restaurants. There, I helped increase customer retention, satisfaction, and loyalty, as well as generate new business opportunities and referrals.
