ABOUT ZACHARY ASHBEL

I am an intuitive problem solver and effective communicator of my ideas to others. I will hope to rely on these traits paired with my consistent work ethic and determination to propel me through college and the business world. I will always speak up for what I believe in and I am not afraid to be true to myself. As a person I am loyal, trustworthy, and ethical and have no doubt that these skills will be seamlessly transferred to the business world. Playing chess growing up has enhanced my ability to think outside of the box and make tough decisions on the board, which is evident through my time evaluating cases on the McNutt Student Conduct Board. As a team member, I am willing to sacrifice for the greater good of the team. As a team leader, I am always looking to efficiently manage the team to complete the task at hand. Most importantly, being passionate is a trait that is a necessity in anything that I do.As a student I am interested in Finance but more specifically commercial Real Estate. Given the opportunity to observe the development and management of multiple projects, I am intrigued by the idea of creating value. Working at the front desk has given me a brief understanding of hotel operations and finances which has sparked a desire to pursue the field more heavily.
