Cultural Resources Practice Leader @HDR

Provides overall vision and leadership for South Central Region Cultural Resources Practice (Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma) • Supervises and Mentors the HDR South Central Cultural Resources Team • Serves as Project Manager and/or Senior Principal Investigator for complex cultural resource investigations ensuring compliance with the National Historic Preservation Act, National Environmental Policy Act, the Antiquities Code of Texas, and other applicable municipal, state, and federal regulations • Fosters internal and external client relationships and leads business development opportunities • Prepares project proposals and cost estimates • Develops and performs National Register / State Antiquities Landmark evaluative testing research designs, data recovery studies, and mitigation strategies • Authors and reviews technical reports for regulatory compliance across the South Central Region • Conducts quality control reviews of project field data and deliverables
