Leading the Customer Identity Access Management team with a focus one identity, single sign on and step up authentication. Influencing business partners on strategic goals to unify customers accounts, their applications, support and their user experience. Working with product managers to identify improvements for the Customer Identity and Access Management platform to deliver new features, security and value to our customers. Designed, implemented, and currently providing integration and operational support with Okta CIAM\'s (Customer Identity Access Management) single sign on, multifactor authentication, api interface, universal directory capabilities, all of which are becoming the backbone of our customer authentication and provisioning. Designed, implemented, provided integration and operational support with Okta\'s ESSO (Enterprise or Work Force Single Sign On) single sign on, multifactor authentication and universal directory capabilities, all of which are the backbone of our workforce authentication and application provisioning. Designed, implemented, and provided operational support with Sailpoint\'s IdentityIQ application that is the backbone of our Identity, Governance and Administration Program (provisioning, life cycle management, and governance). Designed, implemented, and provided operational support for Single Sign On (SSO) capabilities for internal and external applications using ADFS (Active Directory Federation Services). Assisted with improving the PKI Certificate management process and knowledge transfer to PKI administrators. Creating and maintaining information security policies and standards surrounding the Identity Access Management platforms. Designed, implemented, and supported the move to Microsoft\'s Azure cloud services, specifically around the identities, security policies and Active Directory Connect components. Managed the password access management (PAM) repository for the IT department.
