Customer-facing architect that produces pre-sales solutions for PayPal’s strategic Channel Partners which include Adobe, Shopify, BigCommerce, VistaPrint, and Xsolla. • Designed a solution for a payment technology partner ($15B addressable TPV) to fully integrate merchant onboarding & payouts, checkout, and vaulting into their platform. • Developed an omni-channel solution involving both in-store and eComm components for a front-book partner with niche requirements for wineries. • Works closely with internal product teams on new releases to ensure they fit within clients’ needs. • Mentors new team members and conducts training sessions on PayPal’s product suite. • Leads various internal initiatives which include writing ramp-up guides covering different branches of fintech and creating an automated process for tracking product gaps.
