I am a problem solver. More and more, the problems facing healthcare IT are less technical and more the complexity of adoption, delivery, and organization change management that prevents excellent technology from reaching or scaling into the market.I\'ve designed and implemented thousands of healthcare system integrations for country-wide government system, hospital systems, and clinic groups across the globe. The core objective continues to be same - solve problems in healthcare IT by creating elegant, functional solutions that bridge the gap between operational and technical teams to deliver the right outcomes to providers. To do this, I build streamlined implementation processes for novel solutions that iteratively improves based on customer feedback and team innovation. It is the responsibility of innovators to make it easy for providers to adopt good technology, without disrupting their practice of care. This usually needs a translator.
