ABOUT ZACH FLEMING

I have joined LinkedIn to network with construction industry professionals, exchange ideas and information to better serve my company, customers and the LinkedIn community. Overseeing large-scale construction projects from bid/proposal through to breaking ground and startup/turnover has been my continuing passion. I am open to sharing my experiences with like minded professionals related to leading initiatives in the telecommunications, power, oil and gas, heavy civil, and government sectors.If you have questions about lump sum turn key and cost reimbursable ventures, with both direct hire and subcontract management nuances, I am happy to share how to instill both individuals and teams with a work ethic that always values quality and excellence.There are many unique challenges that are industry specific, and a critical element of success revolves around the development of the core skills necessary to successfully manage all types of large-scale projects. I am also happy to share my earlier experiences and the lessons learned from my days as a piping field engineer before progressing into more senior management roles. This foundation of working in the trenches, provided a fine level of understanding related to the details and management of a larger scope.
