Public Spaces Incubator is an international partnership between 6 public service media (Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Australia and Canada) and design agency New_Public. The goal is to develop and scale conversational spaces that are more inclusive, constructive and joyous, catering to millions of cross-market audience members.This role calls for a mixed methods approach- quantitative analysis of online public conversation prototype to gather insight into how much engagement a prototype is triggering- qualitative analysis of the conversation quality to understand its impact on the tone, the type and the quality public online conversations- co-wrote the discussion based on product goals for usability testing that included 10 participants CBC- Radio Canada\'s audience members- conducted usability testing for a prototype designed to engage people in public online conversations in with the aim of fostering positive, pro-social, pluralistic conversations.
