Lead end-to-end design and own the design system for a commenting web app and its associated internal tooling for editorial and moderation teams, currently in use across 6 international markets.Onboard, direct, and mentor 8-10 partner designers contributing to the project; lead biweekly design critiques and provide feedback on visual hierarchy, user experience, interaction design, accessibility, and design system usage and consistency.Collaborate closely with a front-end engineer to iterate on and improve our flagship features, focusing on micro-interactions and motion details, based on testing and user research.Partner with product managers to define what’s next, including prototyping new ideas, designing speculative and visioning artifacts, and leading brainstorms with cross-functional stakeholders.
