Work with the global HD team to proactively identify areas for improvement and drive the introduction of improved/best practices across the team.• Interface with HD Technology/Applications and Manufacturing to ensure understanding of process change support requirements and the impact of continuous improvement projects on technical customer requirements • Responsible for qualifying product modifications as part of continuous improvement projects: design appropriate engine/reactor experiments to investigate the impact of process improvements/ modifications on product performance. Liaise with other JM groups to ensure the work is completed in a safe and timely manner. Communicate results to the relevant stakeholders in the JM and/or customer organizations. • Interface with HD support functions to communicate improvement needs and troubleshoot issues that impact HD product realization and performance.• Lead or support, as appropriate, troubleshooting of post launch technical customer issues.• Responsible for HD External Technical Programs with entities outside JM such as SwRI, Universities, etc.• Comply with all Johnson Matthey Hazardous Waste procedures and local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.

In recent experience, I have worked with membrane synthesis, conducting investigations and experiments to solve problems such as removing water from air to increase the efficiency of air-conditioning processes.
