Accountable for embedding new tools and projects within the BMC Software technology space both across IT Service Management, but also other lines of business for case management.Responsible for ensuring that solutions are fit for purpose and for maximising the value derived from investments in technology, including driving Automation.Responsible for maintaining and driving forward ITSM SaaS & on-prem toolset following a roadmap defined by Johnson Matthey strategy and priorities but also aligned with BMC Software internal roadmap.Responsibilities:• Support and develop ITSM Toolset including Helix platform (ITSM, DWPA, BWF)• Continuous CMDB accuracy improvement for various sources such as Discovery, SCCM, BCM and SNOW• Own and drive technical roadmap based on JM strategy & priorities aligned with BMC release schedule • Engage with stakeholders across JM to ensure ongoing alignment, particularly Architecture and Security• Provide technical coaching to team members• People management including personal development plan with regular annual reviews• Vendor management and 3rd Party AMS
